App only works less than half the time

The app wont open up the recipes. Opening and closing the app doesnt help niether does restarting the ipad. Occasionally I can finally get a recipe to open but then if you leave that recipe and open another or even try opening that same recipe it wont work again. Horrible design of this application, and looks horrible on an ipad.
